The summer has o cially landed! And what better way to celebrate than with a delicious ice cold fruity cocktail. Understanding cocktails is more than just drinking them, however. Each mix has di erent elements and avours, which complement di erent drinking styles. Some are designed to be drunk on their own while others harmonise beautifully with di erent types of dishes. Here are two cocktails and two non-alcoholic mocktails to get you started...

Mango, ginger & lemongrass lassi
The infusing of fresh mango puree, ginger and lemongrass syrup with the natural yoghurt gives you that classic, smooth lassi creaminess... But with a bit of kick!

2 parts chilled fresh natural yoghurt
Shake well and serve with ice
