Terms & Conditions

British Curry Club Restaurant Terms and Conditions:

1. The Restaurant or takeaway will be referred to as the Partner establishment or outlet and The British Curry Club as (BCC) or BCC Promotions ltd.

2. The partner establishment agrees to honour the promotions set by the British Curry Club on a continual basis unless notification of termination is received by either party.

3. In order to maximise media attention and to help boost sales of outlets from time to time BCC’s campaigns may require your active participation and your establishment may incur expenses by yourself.

4. British Curry club may withdraw at any time without notice or reason any marketing campaigns which are stated in any of its printed literature or website.

5. The promotion will be available to the general public on the production of our permanent members club card, mobile phones and media vouchers/tokens from various promotional campaigns.

6. The Partner Restaurant agrees to provide the unlimited offer 2for1 and 4for2 on main meals purchased from Sunday to Thursday. Excludes Friday, Saturdays, Bank holidays, Mothers day and Valentines however any excluded days may be included at the discretion of the management.

7. Example Chicken Tikka Mossala £7.50 a Lamb Curry £5.95; the Lamb Curry would be free that is the Lamb Curry financial value to curry club members would be £0.001p.

8. Offer is not valid with any other promotional offer or deliveries the Partner establishment may be advertising to the general public, or house specials/combination meals however this is at the discretion of the individual Partner establishment.

9. Meals purchased must be of good quality as covered by the Sale of Goods Act, where the curry club member is not happy full refund or a replacement meal offered.

10. The online table booking service is free for a limited period on a trial basis. You will be notified when this free trial period ends. A new contract will be sent out to you with the relevant information.

11. Online line takeaway ordering service www.getacurry.com & www.curryclubonline.co.uk are marketed and promoted and are a service/product of the British Curry Club and are covered by separate contracts and terms and conditions.

12. Maximum of two 2for1 cards or one 4for2 card per table or per party. Any additional cards per table are at the discretion of the management.

13. Partner restaurants may refuse/restrict the mentioned valid days of use due to their own promotion or been fully booked. British Curry Club Membership/card/media voucher does not guarantee entry or reservation.

14. If for any unforeseen circumstances British Curry Club ceases to trade, partner outlets shall continue providing the ongoing offers until the expiry of membership cards which will be no more than 12 months.

This agreement will be in full force and effect until it is terminated in accordance with this procedure:

1. If you wish to cease running the promotion you must notify us in writing at our trading address. You must send this notification by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once notification has been received we will remove you from our directory of Partner establishments within 30 days.

The British Curry Club (BCC Promotions Ltd) retains the right to pass on some or all of their rights to other or to another third party. This action will not terminate this agreement.

If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining portion of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall be carried out in a manner which is consistent with the intentions of the parties hereto.
